During the snow I got a call from my downstairs neighbours saying that the water from my kitchen sink was coming through their ceiling. Ben came out in the snow – parked his van at the bottom of the hill and walked up – to diagnose the problem for me. He gave me a fair quote, then he came round on the monday morning and fixed it. I was so impressed at how he went the extra mile, definitely recommend to anyone looking for a plumber!

Came home today to no heating and hot water in -5 conditions. Rang Ben at 6pm and he talked us through the problem and managed to fix it over the phone. Outstanding service highly recommended.
